gamecam sells pre-owned (used) products. Pre-owned products may show minor cosmetic wear such as light scratches, marks, dents, or color fading. All products are tested before dispatch to ensure functionality.
4. Product Listing and Condition
Product images and descriptions are provided for reference. Cosmetic wear does not affect replacement eligibility unless it impacts functionality as per our Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are in INR unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before dispatch. Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received or the product becomes unavailable.
6. Order Confirmation and Dispatch
After placing an order, confirmation may be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Dispatch follows our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.
7. Order Cancellation
7.1 Before Dispatch
If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund the paid amount to the original payment method.
7.2 After Dispatch
If cancellation is requested after dispatch, approval is rare. If approved, shipping/courier charges will be deducted.
7.3 Deposit Policy
Deposit paid orders cancelled: deposit is non-refundable.
Full payment cancelled: shipping charges deducted, remaining refunded if cancellation is possible.
8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. In case of conflict, the Refund & Returns Policy prevails.
9. Warranty
Limited functionality warranty applies as mentioned on the product page. Warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
10. Customer Responsibility
Ensure shipping address, PIN code, and phone number are correct.
Record an unboxing video at delivery for issue resolution.
Do not attempt unauthorized repairs; this may void replacement eligibility.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content including text, images, logos, and design is owned by gamecam. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
gamecam is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product, per Refund & Returns Policy.
13. Fraud and Misuse
Fraudulent activity, false claims, chargeback misuse, or product tampering may result in claim rejection and legal action.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to Indian courts.
