1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Order Placement Requirements
Please note that a valid Indian phone number is strictly required to place and confirm any order on our website. We cannot process shipments with invalid or international contact numbers.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Free Shipping on all prepaid orders (or as displayed during checkout).
Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days depending on your location (Metros usually take 3-4 days, while remote areas may take up to 7 days).
*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or extreme weather conditions.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly on our logistics partner's website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for eligible pincodes across India. Any additional COD convenience fee, if applicable, will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.
6. Damages and Missing Parcels
Gamecam is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos/videos, and contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery at support@gamecam.in so we can file a claim and send a replacement immediately.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping address, email, and phone number before confirming your order.
