Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary for Xbox 360 is a remastered version of the classic Halo: Combat Evolved. The game follows Master Chief, a super-soldier of the UNSC, who crash-lands on a mysterious ring-shaped world called Halo after the Covenant attack his ship, the Pillar of Autumn. As he fights through Covenant forces, he uncovers Halo’s true purpose—it’s a superweapon designed to wipe out all life to contain the deadly Flood parasite. Master Chief and AI companion Cortana must stop the Covenant from activating it and destroy the ring to prevent galactic disaster.
